Foglianella 2018

Produced with 90% Ortrugo and Chardonnay, with hand-picked grapes from the Vecchia vineyard at the Solana farm, when the Ortrugo grapes reveal a golden colour. The must is obtained by soft and simultaneous whole-bunch pressing of both grapes. Vinified in a cement tank, the élevage takes place in the same container. The wine is then bottled without filtration, with a very light sediment.
