I.G.T. Valtidone Bianco
Produced with aromatic Malvasia di Candia and Ortrugo varietals, hand-picked at their peak phenolic ripeness in the Ritta vineyard at the Badenigo farm. The grapes are vinified together in a cement vat, with maceration on the skins without temperature control. Malolactic fermentation and lees contact take place in Impruneta terracotta amphorae for about a year.
