Produced with 100% Barbera, hand-picked at the Magra vineyard in the Solana farm when the tannins reach great elegance. The grapes are vinified in cement vats without temperature control; malolactic fermentation and lees contact take place in small oak barrels for about a year, before bottle ageing. It is a wine designed for lengthy ageing in the bottle.
