He is Monferrina’s agronomist, but also wine maker at Podere Cornetto estate and a self-taught drone pilot. Enologist and untiring experimenter.
Flavio
An entire life spent for Monferrina, unharmed survivor of many different generations, he holds the keys of the vineyards while also keeping all its secrets.
Edoardo
It does not come from far, its accent for one of Piacenza is unmistakable. In the cellar he translates the dictates "in language" of the Tuscan enologist, for the rest the baseball captures all his energies.
Silvia
She holds the reins of the whole winery. Luckily enough, she’s a patient person, perfectly able to bears the burden of being (almost) a teetotaler.
